OUR STORY
Elias Saade, owner and chef, began his career at the age of 15 assisting the pastry sous chefs at one of the top resorts in his native country of Lebanon. Within a few years, he began his extensive training in the French style of Pastry Arts. After years of travel, he immigrated to the United States in 2001 to pursue his American dream.
After more than a decade of planning and a lifetime of dreaming, he realized his vision when he opened the doors of La Luce Pastry Shop in Dedham Square in April 2014.
